OS Windows98

There's a lot you can do to make Win98 faster and more reliable. I'd like everyone to know of these. If there's a neat trick you know, tell me about that too. Also, these tips help a typical Win98 user. They (most of them) go well even with a Win95 user. You might just be better off with slightly different settings.
