June 1 Dear Lord, help me to remember that you do not want me to grovel as though I were a slave. Since I am made in your image, I must love myself as I love you. Amen. Anyone
who expects everything to be letter perfect never gets very far into the
alphabet.
June 2 Beginning right now I will exercise a healthy new interest in life, its function in and through me and its spiritual origin. God's blessings of life, light and love flow through me . Amen You can't
get much done by starting tomorrow.
June 3 Bless me, Lord , and heal me of every prejudice, every jealously and every envy. Thank you for your care. Amen. The easiest
way to get ahead - isn't very.
June 4 Dear Lord, let me not waste time on things that keep me from searching you out. Your wisdom and mercy are mine if I will take time to ask . Amen. Will power
is the ability to eat just one salted peanut.
June 5 Dear Lord, help me to control my feelings of jealously and envy. I know material things are not more important than your love but I need to be reminded of that. Amen. The golden
thread that binds humanity to itself is kindness.
June 6 Heavenly Father, teach me to trust in your love and to leave my life in your hands. I know you will let no harm come to me. Amen. What lies
behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies
within us.
June 7 Dear God, grant me patience with my imperfections and the will to strive to do your will. Amen. Were I
to break off with friends who sin, I would be friendless.
June 8 Gracious God, even when I feel lost, I know you are near and will never forsake me. Please keep me close to your heart. Amen. Stomachs
shouldn't be waist baskets.
June 9 When there is a need for wisdom and understanding, I will be supportive and loving. I trust the all-knowing, all-powerful spirit of God. Amen. Today
I will choose to work with God's purposes, not against them.
June 10 When I seek God in all that I do, I am amazed at the wondrous ways in which He works. Amen. The test
of good manners is to be able to put up pleasantly with bad ones.
June 11 Dear God, close my lips, open my heart, and let me exalt you in silent reverence this day. Amen. If we
could see ourselves as others see us, we'd probably deny it.
June 12 Thank you , Lord, for holding my hand. Guide me in reaching out to others. May I be a channel of your peace and calmness where there is fear and anxiety. Amen. A husband
is one who stands by you in times of trouble you wouldn't have had if you
hadn't married him.
June 13 Dear Lord, at the end of this day , let me not forget your blessings, care and guidance you have so generously bestowed upon me. Amen. Some cause
happiness wherever they go, others whenever they go.
June 14 O God, awaken me to what I am and help me become the most I can be for you. Amen. Some use
their faith like a bus -- they ride on it while it is going their way.
June15 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. Amen. Romans

June 16 O merciful God, I do not often hear the silent cries for help of those around me. Make me less busy, more in tune and more compassionate toward those who hurt. Amen. If
you don't have time to do it right, when will you have time to do
it over??
June 17 Thank you, dear Lord, for the times you healed my sorrow, dried my tears and mended my hurt heart. Amen. Life is
one dodge after another - cars, taxes, and responsibilities.
June 18 Dear God, thank you for the infinitely valuable gift of other people. Help me remember the love with which you created each one. Amen. You grow
up the day you have first real laugh - at YOURSELF.
June 19 When I bask in self-pity, dear Lord , take my hand to show me those who are truly suffering and fill me with desire to ease their pain. Amen. The person
who rows the boat generally doesn't have time to rock it.
June 20 Almighty Lord, help me to be receptive to your word and to live according to your commandments. Amen. If you
look like the photo on your passport, you really are not well enough to
travel.
June 21 When I am in the shadows, dear Lord, help me to trust and not be afraid, knowing you are there. Amen. There are lot of people who never forget a kind deed - if they did it. June 22 O Lord, I have so many imperfections. I try to be aware of them and reform my ways but often fall back. Grant me patience with myself. Amen. for you.
June 26 Dear God, doubts fill me. Help me not to make my faith dependent upon the things I pray for and don't get. Amen. The quickest
way to get people interested in a project is to tell them it is none of
their business.
June 27 Merciful Lord, cleanse me from all the prejudices I harbor within me. Forgive me for all the injustices of my pride. Amen. A baby
is born with the need to be loved -- and never outgrows it.
June 28 Dear Lord, I need your hand on my shoulder so that I may feel worthy. I need to feel your love. Be with me this day . Amen. The wise
carry their knowledge as they do their watches -- not for display, but
for their own use.
June 29 Our Father, help me to seek good in those whose lives touch mine. Guide me so that I build rather than destroy lives. Amen. We may
give without loving, but we cannot love without giving.
June 30 Please, dear Lord, let your infinite patience and goodness fill me today. Stand by me; let me feel your hand on my shoulder. Amen. Often, the apple of a parent's eye is the kid who is rotten to the core.
